*********** people with no sense of cutomer servic

I am waiting for 5 packages notifications to be delivered at my house so that I can pick it up from river Square post office. The packages should be at the post office now for more than 2 weeks now but no notification yet and the telephone is always engaged. I have been to the post office now several times to enquire about the packages but with *********** rude people working there no answers. I do not have tracking numbers for these parcels as they was sent without them but it could not be hard for the people there to tell me why I am waiting so long time. It takes a third of the time for items to be shipped from USA and UK than the time it takes this post office to let me know to come pick my items up!!! Please can someone at the SAPO get back to me so that I could get my packages which I needed two weeks back.
