*********** & clueless inconveniencing employees

I am not pleased with the way Puleng was so rude in handling my query. She is so *********** and is not willing to listen to customers. I phoned today at 14h57 and without even understanding my question she referred me to SASSA. I told her that my question has got no dealings with SASSA because what I needed to know was whether I can use the letter of executorship in place of the letter of authority to close my father’s account. She told me to go back to the post office and ask them that question. I told her she must refer me to someone who might know as I cannot be travelling to the Post Office twice in one day. She said I must drop the line and phone again and speak to someone else because she will not give me someone senior like her team leader. Is this how you trained her to treat normal people like this? Have you ever addressed her behaviour because I am pretty sure I am not the first person she responds to in this demeaning, unprofessional and *********** manner. She muted my call on purpose on 14h59 and I did not drop on my side and my phone is still showing that she is still on the same call but not dropping the call. She thinks she is punishing me by being useless yet she is abusing the assets of the state. Please retrieve this call as I believe your calls are recorded as well. I will make sure that I publish this on every platform available. No citizen of South Africa will be disrespected like this by the likes of Puleng who are put on their positions to be public servants yet they do the opposite, serve themselves. It is now 15h11 and the phone is now playing music which means she muted me with the hope that I will drop, she is still on the line and minding her own business and not what she is being paid to do. Please investigate what she was doing in this call for the past 11 minutes if she was not assisting me.

I have sent numerous emails for feedback on this matter and nothing has happened. I want to know why the Post Office will not accept the letter of Executorship because this is the decision of the court to grant me Executorship instead of Authority based on the value of the estate. This is so pathetic and delaying me.
