I went to collect my parcels on the 1 march 2022 which arrived on the 26 January 2022 and I was told that the second parcel had not arrived and I must wait to be be notified of its arrival even though on the tracker it has arrived. On the 6 April 2022 I went back to the Post Office with a print out that states my parcel had arrived only to be told that my parcel had been sent back to sender on the 5 April 2022. They never notified me that my parcel arrived, NOTHING. The manager did bother to come listen to my complaint. Ref HA***ZA
