Incompetence at the Lansdowne Post Office, Cape Town (South Africa)

Experienced **********ly *********** service at the Lansdowne Post Office, Cape Town (South Africa). I am currently not 100% able bodied as I was in an accident. Not only did the service consultants 1. Ask me to look for my own name in their list of packages (a job that the service consultant on duty IS PAID TO DO) but I also 2. Was made to wait at the post office for approximately forty minutes so that they could locate my package. The service consultant made me walk up and down several times asking me the same information, a task which was troublesome for me because of my leg injury which makes it difficult for me to stand on my feet for extended periods of time. They could see that I was injured with my leg being in a moon boot but showed total disregard for making me walk up and down to relay information to them which they already had. PATHETIC service.
