INCOMPETENCE

I had ordered products online via Joom, some items landed in different post offices in JHB. One of my products were given to a Mr JJ Jacobus De Wet that i am not aware of. What i know is that whenever i got to the post office for my other parcels that have arrived at my local post office, they require documentation. now what i am failing to understand is how can something that i paid for land up in someone else' hands without even checking who it was for? I contacted the Park South Post Office and the man that answered the phone was very rude, I am not impressed with his way of speaking with me. I went ahead to explain what has happen, he told me that there is no way that a parcel that was for cape town can land up in JHB now i dont know if its me or that person does not know how international parcels work. what i fail to understand they see that the parcel is for cape town and written something totally off a DE WET how can they do that for something that i paid for, i called up customer services twice and still my mater was not resolved, was waiting for a call back from the Park South post office, still nothing the man's excuse was that, we were given the same order number. now that has to be some kind of sick joke. i also wrote emails to their customer services complaints department and still my matter was not resolved. what does one do to receive an answer from the post office with my money.
