incompency

Parcel has been 'stuck' at WITSPOS since beginning of April. Its been tracked to that Post Office but i have not received any information on collection of such. i call the place and they have no idea on my packed yet its tracked to that establishment for almost a month. They do not answer any calls on the customs nor international packed numbers. they are so ***********!!!!!
