Incoming overseas parcels.

A parcel of books was posted to me on 25 March 2020, from the USA via USPS. The tracking number is HJ***US The Track my Parcel website just says that they are getting no response from USPS and the USPS tracking site sent me a message to say that the parcel had left the Chicago international Distribution Centre on on July 28, 2020 at 10:40 am. And is on route to its final destination.

I would like to know 1. is the route from Chicago directly to OR Tambo airport in Johannesburg? 2. Are parcels from the USA actually being sent ? 3. If the parcel arrived at OR Tambo, are the staff at the international parcel centre working during this pandemic? 4. Is the customs office working during this pandemic 5. The customer services email address is not working. 5. I have contacted the sender and she cannot help me.
