inadequate service delivery

There is a level of high unprofessionalism and inadequacy when it comes to service delivery at the Mamelodi West post office. Despite the long ques, which cleary indicate the high need in the community, there is minimal staff available. There is only only 2 post office staff members on duty with approximately 55 people waiting. This is not the first time that I experience this, hence I see a need to address it. The staff are rude to clients, eating snacks at the counters and show no sense of urgency.

Can such behaviours be corrected please!!!
