In Transit for more than 3 weeks...

<p>I ordered a few parcels from abroad. It arrived at JIMC and went through customs. The first package status has been change to "in trasit", obviously to polokwane, which is an overnight transport, but remained in that status since 12April... I tried all the numbers i could find on the internet(more than 10), but the phone just rings and then the computer answers telling you they are experiencing high call volume... It is impossible to reach someone at JIMC or EMS... How do i proceed... No one to call... I send an email, but it remains unanswered! I now have 6 parcels at JIMC, but it remains stuck there... I need a number of some sort of supervisor...?</p>
