In efficient processes at Bruma post office park meadows

Highly inefficient processes at post office especially for renewal of license. Had to stand in the Que 4 times over 2 trips. first they were offline. I asked them for everything they need to be more efficient in my second trip. They said only my id. The second time I waited in que only to be told I must fill in the form. The third time only to be told I must go and draw cash, every time I had to go right back in the que which wasted over 3 hours of my day. Never seen such inefficient processes ever. If you in the business world Ull be long dead, this gives insight into the culture of ur organization. Please put up some signs, give out forms in advance and really change the don’t care Culture and attitude through employee engagement programs.
