IMPOSSIBLE TO RENEW POST BOX USING VIRTUAL POST OFFICE

I'm trying to renew my post box using the virtual post office webpage. It can't be done, it is impossible. This must be the worst webpage I've ever used, or tried to use, even worse than SANRAL's webpage. It seems that I will have to pay manually at a local branch.
