Impossible to reach SAPost Office Call Centre

I have a package sent by EMS and it has been \held by Customs"for more than two weeks now. I have tried to contact the Call Centre on ***but never get beyond the recorded message. I emailed customer service and was told to contact Capemail on *** but they don't answer their phones either. EMS is supposed to be an Expedited Mail Service - which it may be in the other 136 countries but it a joke here. I have customers waiting for their goods and no way of getting any response from EMS"
