Impossible to get hold of JIMC to try and find out where an expected parcel is!!!

<p>I have been expecting a parcel from AUS since 8 Dec 2016. I can track it via AUS post up to it arriving at JIMC on 5 Jan 2017, but no movement since then. I tried calling JIMC as I also couldn't track the parcel via their online EMS service, but wait for ages for someone to pick up the phone, with no luck and getting cut off! The parcel was meant to be a gift for someone and was pricey, so am very concerned. The AUS tracking number is CF ********** 95AU. Is there any way of actually getting hold of someone there to help?!</p>
