Impossible to get any response from you!

Hi there

I’m desperately trying to track my parcel. According to tracking it arrived in Johannesburg from Zurich 3 days ago but had no further information. I have tried calling but NOONE answers...this was sent priority and with tracking!

Please respond...I’ve also sent emails but with no response.
