Impossible to get any information on anything

It's been 6 weeks since I started calling to locate an incoming international parcel. No answer yet.

Their voice message suggests emailing them. Been doing that for 4 weeks. No reply yet.

The local Post Office is closed, so I can't go there either. So I'm trying to no avail to find out which post office is serving our area now.

Their website states that our local post office re-opened after the national lockdown. It is not open. It is closed.

According to the parcel tracking it arrived in the country Desember 2021. After that there are no more entries about it's whereabouts.

What can I do to get information?
