Important documents to reach UAE - No delivery

Dear Peter<br> <br> I am appalled at the poor service delivery experienced by the SA Post Office. Initially I was told that for a registered mail to reach UAE would take approximately 10 days. After the 10 days were exhausted and after several tracking attempts, I was told that my package only left SA after 11 days due to the bag not being filled as yet. If I had known or them indicating on my several attempts which I have contacted them and tracking the parcel electronically, I would have collected my parcel, using POSTNET or any other service provider. <br> <br> The ignorance an rudeness of the Post Office staff was really embarrassing to think that I actually voted for change. I hope that our new government do something about our public services and place people in positions to better our countries image. The way it currently is, is a disaster.
