Important documents missing

Between the South African Post Office and the SACAA, my documentation for the renewal of my Professional pilots licence have been missing now for 6 weeks. I tried to courier my important documentation but being a Private Bag was told the only option was to send it registered post. The Postal strike was over, so great I thought, what possibly could go wrong... The Post office state delivery on the 18th December (RC***ZA), the Civil Aviation Authority state they have never received it and I, the customer is left without the ability to perform my duties as a Pilot and left with the problem of trying to locate my package from ****m's away. Great service as always NOT. I have tried to contact the Post Office Branch, Halfway House by telephone, but obviously everyone is on break...
