Important documents from the UK still not scanned.

My mother sent me a parcel containing original documents from England, according to the Royal Mail contact center, my parcel left Heathrow Airport on the 22de of January, but after contacting SAPO they have no record of my parcel, meaning it hasn't been scanned yet.<br> It has been 13 working days since then and nothing has changed.<br> <br> The international tracking number is RU***GB, if anyone can assist me ASAP it would be greatly appreciated as I need to make copies of all the documents and send it back to England ASAP.
