Im so angry

Hi

I have a problem with post office in Hillbrow..I have been waiting for my mail since the 15 May 2018..I go there everyday cause everytime i go and check it they say I must come the following day.I tried calling them yesterday they said the letter is stuck in witpos and they can't go there because it is dangerous for them due to strike.This morning I went back there and they tell me the letter is on its way to Durban again cause it was not adressed properly..Im really upset because they told me to come back every day from the 15/05/2018..I spoke to Karen and Matsela Morema(manager) at post office in hillbrow but they just tell me they cant help me. I need it by tomoro afternoon cause I have to go to Lesotho
