Ill informed consultants and bad service

<p>Ive been going up and down at the Centurion Mall Post Office since the 7th of June all because the consultants there are filled with attitude, wont even bother smiling, and forget to inform the people standing there for long periods of time of what informatin needs to be brought in, when renewing your licence disc.</p> <p> </p> <p>You stand in the queue to get a form then have to go and stand in the queue again and be told this and that, then you fix what the one consultant told you to fix furthering to the next one, who then tells you something completely different to what you were told in the 1st place, without even checking your documents. Today was the 1st tme the Manager or something was the only one today who actually checked the documents and confirmed which was right and what to do from there.</p> <p>The least someone could is atleast inform the person what needs to be brough and how it needs to be presented in order to stop the run around and miss informing the clients. </p> <p>I dont know how many people today were complaining about the service in this post office and how many times theyve had to come back and forth... its ridiculous really</p> <p> </p>
