<p>Im wanting to collect my parcel from the JIMC, i cannot get hold of ANYONE there to determine the duties i must pay to collect my parcel, as i want to get couriers to collect, its been there for weeks!!! I just need someone to take out my parcel and speak to the courier to confirm pickup and payment! Is it really that hard to accomplish!!</p>
