Ignored on my parcel where abouts

I sent a parcel from Randburg branch to the UK on the 12th of March. I used surface mail. It has since not arrived. I have sent numerous email to their customer service as to know how long such a postage takes to reach the destination but have been ignored. It has now been 16 weeks and still the parcel has not reached its destination.
