If you ask questions you are rude

<p>Went to pick up a parcel. Had to call out for service as staff sit around the corner and chat, and clients have to call for them. </p> <p>When she had to find my parcel she said they are off line and she can not find it. I then traced it on Track My Parcel and she instructed me to find my parcel document in a stack of documents. When I asked het why she can not look for it, as it is her job, she said I am rude and she will not help me. </p>
