Idutywa post office theft

I'm very disappointed by South African post office, I posted my kids clothes on the 28th of November 2020 and I asked my mom to go and collect them so she decided to collect them on the 09th of December, because the box was big but she said it felt like was empty and when she got home when they opened the box they only found 4 t-shirts and biggins. Which means at post office someone opened my box and took almost everything was Inside the box, because they charged me 302 rands 45 cents to post the box but they found only 4 t-shirts and biggins Inside the box. I posted the box from Alexandra post office to idutywa post office, tracking number is TC***ZA, I will be happy if you can do an investigation about this, now my kids don't have clothes for Christmas I'm very hurt, I am a single parent who do peace jobs I only buy once in a while clothes for my kids now they don't have clothes at all because those were only clothes that I was saving for them. Please help

I'm also worried about those pensioners who are getting paid from post offices, I'm sure they don't get their full grants if they can do something like this which means they also still pensioners grants because those old people they can't even count their money. I will be happy if you can investigate this
