I would like to commend Mr Lucky Chauke (from Wits Pos) for assisting me to obtain my parcel. He promised he would call me back at a specific time the following day, and at the exact time the next day my phone rang with an update from him. He was kind enough to literally walk the parcel through the system whilst I was waiting for it. Great service and a great example of customer service. Tremendous effort by him to ensure I got my parcel; I could not believe that he actually work for a governmental entity
