I was promised feedback and a call from the manage

I was promised on hellopeter, after 2 complaints sent already 2 weeks ago, that the manager at the Benmore post office will contact me regarding my parcel which they have gone and given to someone else, I have still not recieved not even a phone call from him, nothing, the call centre just rings, they dont reply their emails, this is just the worst possible service a person can get, and that too for a service that you are paying for. I will be contacting my lawyers soon to proceed with legal action if this is not sorted out, because my parcel has been given to somoneone else and now the post office cannot even contact me to arrange a refund of my money which I have paid
