I want my ****** phone back

Please assist my parcel arrived after 2 months after it has been sent from uk. My friend wanted to surprise me and finally the parcel arrived without the most important item it was a iPhone. This is absolutely madness the staff at the airport where goods arrived to the country has been *****ing. The post office where it has been delivered to the lady was very concerned cos this not the first time parcel have been opened. This was my Christmas present my friend wanted to surprise me.
