I want my parcel please update your system

It's been over 100 days since my parcel has been in transit last update was on the 4th of January saying it is in the sorting Centre please update your system please this is fraustrating really guys. Friday I called and they gave me a wrong email address imagine how's that professional and I also asked what's going on with my parcel, she told me that is in the sorting Centre this is so frustrating
