I want my money back!

On the 20th of feb at around 9:30am I went to netbank atm to withdrow r100 when the money was about to come out the atm went off line. I than phoned the call center for sa post office but I run out of airtime while talking to the consultant than I decided to go the branch.the consultant @the branch told me that there was 2 r100 withdrowals made @that time and I only made 1. He than told me 2 wait for 14days ill get my money back but even 2day I did not get anything.I had this account for more than 5years bt if this is the service I get ill just have 2 close the account.
