I've been waiting a MONTH for my Package!!!!

<p>I ordered a watch online, I have no recieved any information on how far my package is, I have been receiving emails, stating it's still in transit. How long has it been in transit??? Today marks a month. And I have no recieved anything.. I paid a lot of money for this watch.. I want my package. Another point of the matter is, I've called the South Africa post office, and the line just rings.. nobody answers.. I'm so ****ed off!!! How long does it take for it to be delivered to Cape town?? I just cannot understand.. </p>
