I think SA Post Office is really *****ing

My parcel was 1st captured/transferred to SA Post Office on the 21st of Augusts 2019 after taking less than 5 days to come from USA, and it's been with SA Post from the 21/08/19 so today googled about SA Post Office and am just about to cry guys, please SA Post Office have mercy on us i don't know what is going on are you guys taking our parcels for your own use really how can something with a tracking number be misplaced and so many cases OR can you just make it OFFICIAL that you're no longer operating so that your customers know not to use SA Post Office. It's really unfair, I think something really has to be done.
