I still havent received my item. Its now 1 month

Ive been waiting for my item for over a month now, Post office promised to get back to me as soon as possible but no one has gaven me any response. I was advised that my items was sent to Krugersdorp office on the 13/04/2015 already <br> I need my item uregntly, would someone assist please!!!! I sent numerous emails no one is responding
