I received international packages

Hi there<br> Last year in August I was expected to received some packages from China which expected to arrive into SA around October/November. Since then I have not received some of the packages. My quest is for sa post office to look for these items since the seller will not refund me for them. They are worth R3000.<br> Thank you.
