I ordered 7 parcels from overseas ALL have yet to arrive... the tracking information shows up to air mail or received by S.A. post but no local tracking numbers are EVER assigned

I did contact SAPO and got feedback, the lady told me there is very little they can do without al local tracking number... believe me I do understand... but why the huge back log. The one item has been in the country now for a month with no movement at all. I am waiting for 4 months for 2 of them. I am going to have to claim back from the supplier within the next 10 days if it doesn't arrive though I know they sent it.

Please advise
