I need help to claim my parcels from Johannesburg International Mail Centre

<p>Hi have these parcels RB ********** 95SG RB ********** 72SG at JIMC it has been there for a while now andd today when I tracked them it stated that parcel with tracking number RB ********** 95SG is being returned from customs, whilst the other ( RB ********** 72SG ) has a status of item being sent to customs which us like the second time. Can I please know what's going on.</p>
