I HAVEN\T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!!"

I have been waiting over a MONTH for a package, my tracking number: RO***CN, This is the only info I have on the website used: <br> 7/3/2015 2:19 PM Departure from outward office of exchange GUANGZHOU <br> 8/1/2015 8:45 PM Held by customs JIMC A <br> 8/1/2015 9:33 PM Arrival at inward office of exchange JIMC A <br> 8/5/2015 7:25 AM Held by customs JIMC A <br> 8/5/2015 2:58 PM Departure from inward office of exchange JIMC A<br> <br> If it has departed from JIMC A on the 5th already, WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED IT?? it is now the 17th!!! And when I try phoning NO ONE answers! I work in Centurion and can't afford to take a day to drive there and have my time wasted again! Can someone please tell me where this package is and when I can expect to get it??
