I have to pay because of these *********** people's mistakes

I ordered an item from Japan using EMS. The post office delivery guy pitched to my place to deliver the item. The package was literally in my sight, but then the guy couldn't find the manifest paper that comes with the package (for me to pay the customs fees), so he couldn't give me my package. He then was supposed to only go to the post office and print a new manifest paper, but instead, he sent my package back to Japan. I phoned and begged everyone to fix it since I saw on the tracker that it was leaving the country, but no one bothered to help me. Now I have to pay for shipping fees again. EMS is a costly method and not cheap. I am extremely unhappy about this.
