I have been mislead by Post Office Employee

Last week Tuesday I was at Post office Louistrichat to help my mother to make a withdrawal. we were told that the amount we have requested is too high and I have asked for alternative because we were told that we will get R2000.

I asked if they have the alternative way that we can use make a withdrawal of above R5000 and opted that we get a certain amount after they have called for authority and the other amount we decided that rather do a transfer because they have advised that it will take 3days of which we did.

on the 11 of April when I called to find out what exactly happened because there was no notification and the 3 days has lapse I was told that the request it normally take 5months and I asked them that they are the ones who told us that it is 3days the hang the phone and every time I call them. I am told to wait for 5minute and then the phone run unanswered.

can someone who has a clear direction help in this regard because we need the money before month end. we cannot wait for 5months as if we lived in the apartheid times.
