I did not get my parcel at Menlo Park Post Office because of incompetence, rude, bad attitude of the south African Post Office staff

I went to Menlo Park post office on Saturday at 12:30. And got helped with the lady, she asked me to check on their books if my parcel was there. Well, I firstly checked those confusing books that they have given to me and I did not find my name. I then got the tracking number and now the time was 12:59. I asked the lady to help she told me they are closed now they cannot help me. There was a big dark/Black lady there whom she told me that they want to go home now and the Alarm is going to ring. I did not get my parcel at Menlo Park Post Office because of incompetence, rude, bad attitude of the South African Post Office staff Tracking Numbers:- RW ********** 79CN and RW ********** 67CN This has to do with my skin color if I was a White person I was going to get help by post office employees they have taken an advantage of me. Please help. This is paining me a lot
