I cant get hold of anyone.

<p>Goodday,</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please assist me, we are trying to find out what is going on with our parcel. On the track and trace system it says: Held by Customs since the 7th of July. and again held by customs on the 10th of July,</p> <p>We have been trying to call customer service all morning and no one picks up the phone. </p> <p>I sent a e-mail, but no response!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable - and unprofessional. Please help us.</p>
