I cannot get my parcel because of your backlog

<p> </p> <p>I am desperately trying to get my parcel. It is a gift for a friends birthday. Since July 22nd there is no update available.</p> <p>I have called the post office customer service who explained that due to a backlog the parcel is stuck at the OR Tambo post center and if it was urgent I should come through to EMS offices at OR Tambo.</p> <p>I have called the EMS contact number everyday this week and no one ever answers.... When I call the sa post office ..... They say you don't answer the number...I need to come through to your office.</p> <p>So finally in desperation I drove through today.... Only to be told you are offline since yesterday and I cannot be helped.</p> <p>What more can I do to try and get this parcel.</p> <p> </p>
