I CANNOT COLLECT MY PARCEL AT THE REEDS POST OFFICE, THEY ARE PERMANENTLY OFFLINE!

I ordered a package from America in Desember 2020. The package was delivered on 10 February 2021 at JIMC A, ZA.

I received no communication about my package delivered. I then started calling in February 2021 to find out where my package was.

After a lot of unanswered calls to POST OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I finally found out that the package was delivered to the nearest Post Office on the 10 March 2021, after giving up a delivery address on the original order.

It was delivered to THE REEDS Post Office in Blu Valley Mall. The Reeds Post Office DO NOT answer their telephone, EVER! When I go there to pick up my package, the system is always OFFLINE!

I cant afford to loose my package. I really hope they don't send my parcel back.

Can someone PLEASE help me regarding my package? I would really appreciate it!
