I am writing this with regards to post officer schweizer reneke on behalf of my mother, who has been saving money with you, and today , she went there to withdraw some funds. Upon her arrival, she was assisted by a white man who gave a card and instructed her to contact the number on the card . And my mother does not have idea on what to say when she contact this ppl . She was helped by the standard bank and according to what the information provided post office need to provide her with form to complete and take them for her money to be released to her bank . But this rude man is not willing to assist and according to her there is no form sent to him Post office hiw should my mother obtain her money _ have tried to contact this ***/ 1062 to no availability
