I am socked with the security of our post office

<p>I would like to lay a complaint.</p> <p>I have a package at Muizenberg Post Office.</p> <p>I phoned to double check that my package had been delivered to Muizenberg Post office.<br />David answered the phone. He asked for my tracking number and told me that it was ready for collection. He asked me to bring my i.d document and the number 26.</p> <p>I arrived an hour later to collect my package. I had my i.d ready and gave the lady the i.d and number of package.</p> <p>She then put a package in front of me and said that I owed R151.79.</p> <p>I was shocked and asked what it was for.... she said it is costumes.</p> <p>I told her that I had already paid for my package and it was from South Africa. She told me to contact customs.</p> <p>When I got home - I noticed that the printed Notification she gave me was addressed to Dr Susan Malcolm-Smith. My Name is Samantha Kim Brits????</p> <p>I feel that this issue needs to be addressed - people could end up with the wrong package from the post office due to staff from the post office not checking the information properly.</p> <p>I am very upset, this has caused unnecessary stress.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards Sam</p>
