I am ashamed of the post office.

I am writing from the USA with great anger. I mailed a package to a young man 7/21/2015 and it seems he is getting the run around. First he was told that the package contained suspicious material, then it was a book with no receipt. The is very unprofessional and models a communist agency. The contents are some US T-shirts, camera parts, 2 movies, and a BIRTHDAY CARD. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THAT? I demand a response...
