Hyde Park SAPO - 3 Month Incubation Period

Hyde park post office staff is no exception to the incompetence, theft and inability to deliver a service to the public. Post office staff in general DO NOT do their work, most parcels get lost or ****** because this type of behavior is evidently encouraged as there is no "management" of staff to ensure that they do their jobs. I had a parcel that I ordered last year 2020, the item arrived in the country(JIMC) and lay there for a few months before the parcel was then sent to the destination post office which was Hyde Park on 3 December 2020. My parcel lay dormant at Hyde park post office for another 3 Months before I was notified on 5 March 2021 that there was a parcel to be collected and that I must collect before the 8 March 2021 otherwise it will be returned to sender. Truth be told" Post office staff ***** international orders because they know that the buyers are covered and will be refunded" Management should be held liable for allowing this kind of behavior.
