Hyde Park Corner S.A Post Office - 4Month Dormant Program

Hyde Park Corner S.A Post Office Staff is absolutely clueless, careless and lack the ability to do their jobs. International parcels lay dormant there for 3-4 months at a time. No communication is sent out to clients, Parcels simply get ****** or returned back to sender. I'm not sure why SAPO call them selves a postal service when they can't deliver.
