How to commit business suicide.

On the post office's website I came across something called EMS (Expedited Mail Service) which looks ideal for my purposes and which I could make extensive use of. I know from long experience that there is no point in contacting SAPO by email because you never get a response so I tried calling EMS at the JIMC - six numbers are provided on the EMS website. All just ring until they go dead. Not a single number gets answered. But it says on their website - in reply to the question "Where can I find an EMS office" - that "EMS is situated inside every Post Office nationwide, as an EMS sustomer you can do your business at any Post Office counter". So I went to my local post office with a package to give EMS a test run. Silly me! They've never heard of EMS - no clue as to what it is even after I pointed out that it takes up several pages of their tariffs brochure. And then the Minister goes whining to parliament that SAPO isn't profitable!!!! Of course it isn't. It cannot be. It's shut for business. It's dead in the water.
