How ridiculous this is. My mother has been saving money with postbank. Poor old woman is trying to withdraw her money now since the post office is closed is one nightmare - she has been moved from pillar to post. Schweizer reneke branch has failed her completely. we have submitted withdrawal from one email to another, and all emails are bouncing back what a headache
