How many overseas parcels get lost / ******?

Yet again, I have had another international recorded delivery parcel not arrive / go missing. Cant get through to International mail center, nobody answers your email enquiries. Post office does nothing to help, just blames overseas. It is an absolute joke, its scandalous and our post office is a global joke. Half the world wont send parcels here now because of SAPO. I understand why.
